Robert Sullivan
I grew up in San Diego, moved to Kentucky when I was 16 to live with my grandfather who was the county sheriff and Circuit Court Clerk. After 7 years moved back to California, went to college as an accounting major, but fell in love writing computer programs.
I eventually moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where I was introduced to a father and son (Tom and Thomas Gonzales) who had an idea for a better electronic catalog. I started writing code immediately and the company became Commerce One. After seven years, I "retired" and pursued other interests. I have a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and Full Sail University (Recording Engineer) and have owned my own music production company, What's Next to the Moon.
I still enjoy writing programs and even went down to Florida to join my old friend and business partner, from the Commerce One days, to create another software company. He decided to retire after a couple of years and I came back to Kentucky.
The initial idea for this project came from a friend of mine, Liz, and I just took it and ran with it. It's taken me awhile to put it together, but once I really knew what I wanted it just happened.
Without the help of my good friend Robert, this project probably would still be in the process of being created. Thank you my friend!
I hope everyone gets to enjoy using it and I hope the performers of the world make some extra money because nobody seems to carry cash anymore!
Cheers,
Robert
